To better understand the successful workings of a Men’s Auxiliary, I have created and/or revised the various documents needed to be filled out on a re-occurring basis, including the instructions on how they are to be completed and used. It is hoped that with these documents, we will have a more consistent way of making the needed reports, and making them in a timely matter.
These word documents may be filled out on-line, saved, printed, and sent by Email as needed. Or if using the PDF documents, they may be opened and printed out as blank forms that can later be filled out by hand.
You may notice on the bottom of each page I have placed a date to let you know if you are using the most up-to-date version of a document. I intend to let you know of any further changes to documents and the date of the change.
I invite comments and/or suggestions to make it easier for you to do business.
I am also trying to start an Email distribution system for the Men’s Auxiliary. I have already sent out an Email through the State Adj/QM Ron (Rusko) Rusakiewicz some time ago letting people know of this, but as of now very few people have let me know they want to be on this distribution. If you do, just click on my name at the top of the page, and it will take you into an Email. Then let me know what Men’s Auxiliary you are with, and your title if you are an Officer or Chairman.
